By accessing or using Agent Lens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Lens is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered home staging and interior design services for real estate photography. The Service allows you to:

• Upload property photos
• Process images using artificial intelligence
• Apply various staging styles to interior spaces
• Download processed images
• Access processing history

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by:

• Signing in with Google OAuth, or
• Using email authentication with a one-time password (OTP)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

Agent Lens operates on a credit-based system:

• Free Credits: New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
• Credit Usage: Each image processing consumes 1 credit
• Credit Purchase: Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Expiration: Credits never expire

4.2 Pricing Plans

• Starter Plan: $9.90 for 30 credits
• Pro Plan: $19.90 for 100 credits
• Business Plan: $50.00 for 500 credits

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through DodoPayments. We do not store your payment information. All transactions are subject to DodoPayments' terms and policies.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund:

• Contact our support team at support@tasksite.app
• Provide your transaction details and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Note: Used credits cannot be refunded. Only unused credits are eligible for refund.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Professional real estate photography enhancement
• Property listing preparation
• Interior design visualization
• Personal or commercial projects

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Process images containing nudity, violence, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute processed images as a service
• Upload images you do not have rights to process
• Circumvent credit requirements or payment systems

5.3 Content Policy

Uploaded images must:

• Be property or interior photos suitable for staging
• Not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not contain personal information of individuals without consent
• Comply with content policies of our AI processing providers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images using our AI technology
• Store images temporarily (3 days) for service delivery
• Use images for quality assurance and model improvement (anonymized)

6.2 Processed Images

Processed images are provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring proper licensing when using these images in commercial contexts.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Agent Lens and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific processing times (typically 30-60 seconds)
• Availability during maintenance periods

7.2 AI Processing Results

AI-generated images are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Specific quality or accuracy of results
• Suitability for particular purposes
• That results will meet your expectations

Results depend on input image quality, selected styles, and AI model capabilities.

7.3 Data Storage

Images are stored for 3 days after processing. After this period:

• Images are automatically and permanently deleted
• No backups or recovery is possible
• You are responsible for downloading images within this timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

8.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

AGENT LENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

8.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Backing up important images before processing
• Verifying processed images meet your requirements
• Compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Proper use of processed images in your projects

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting our support team
• Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse or misuse the Service
• Required by law or legal process

We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Unused credits are forfeited (no refunds)
• Your images are deleted within 24 hours
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Informal Resolution

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agent Lens.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, or materials.
