Which script do agents download most?+

The expired listing follow-up script and the FSBO conversion script are our two most popular. Agents report that having a proven framework for these difficult conversations significantly reduces call reluctance.

Are the scripts compliant with Do Not Call regulations?+

The scripts themselves are conversation frameworks and don't address compliance directly. Always check the National Do Not Call Registry and your state's telemarketing laws before cold calling. TCPA rules apply to all outbound calls.
